If you have very high-volume surveys (more than ~1000 users), first-come-first-served sessions (more than ~100 users), or run limited inventory items with images, you should definitely use the "Choice Eliminator for Google Forms" add-on. In other cases, "Form Choice Limiter" is easier to use as it is a native add-on for Google Forms.

Below is a detailed comparison of "Form Choice Limiter" and "Choice Eliminator for Google Forms":

- "Choice Eliminator for Google Forms" uses a custom URL provided by the add-on for accepting responses.
- "Form Choice Limiter" uses the native Google Forms URL for accepting responses.

- "Choice Eliminator for Google Forms" is very precise and does not allow choice options to be overloaded, regardless of the number of simultaneous respondents. For example, if you set a limit of 10 for a choice option, you will receive exactly 10 responses.
- "Form Choice Limiter" does not allow the use of images for choice options. If you run some limited inventory items with images, it is not a good idea to use "Form Choice Limiter."
- "Choice Eliminator for Google Forms" allows the use of images for choice options. If you run some limited inventory items with images, it is the best choice and the only working solution available on the marketplace.
- "Choice Eliminator for Google Forms" does not allow the native user sign-in feature provided by Google Forms; instead, it implements its own sign-in feature.

TROUBLESHOOTING

2. Only "Help" menu item is visible and "Configure" not visible.
Please refresh the page and wait for 0.5-1 min and then open the add-on menu.
Sometimes Google loads add-ons slowly depending on load and network speed.


USAGE NOTES
Form Choice Limit is a Google Forms™ app for adding limits when making an appointment form, event registration form, sign up form, or survey using Google Forms™. Form Choice Removal limit response counts for multiple choice, checkboxes, and dropdown question options. If the limit is reached the Google Forms™ app removes the option (choice) in the form and sends a notification to email. It is easy and effective alternative for form ranger choice limiter functionality.
Form Choice Limiter, Choice Limit, Eliminator can only set limits for multiple choice,  checkboxes, and dropdown options. It is possible to set individual limits for each option of the choice element. If some choice element options allow unlimited responses, then keep the limit empty.
