Liveflow is an incredible that we use with all of our clients. Incredible team to work with too. With one client, we have 13 different classes being pulled through in real-time (hourly updating) providing them with the financial transparency that they only could dream of before. We had looked around for a long time for a product like this and am incredibly grateful for liveflow and their team.

Liveflow provides us with an opportunity to eliminate time wasted in extracting and updating repetitive reports. It has also helped us in introducing new reporting capabilities to our clients. Best of all our clients love the new streamlined online real time reporting that we were not able to offer before. Anita, Lasse and the entire team have been extremely helpful in understanding our use cases and helping us out with product updates required for us to introduce new functionalities.

As a managed service business with a deep bench in marketing. Running our agency as a managed service business, I needed a way to look at forecasting and profitability in a scalable way by viewing metrics for clients and the agency by month, quarter, and year to ensure each client's health. Before LiveFlow, I had a clunky google doc that took me three days of manual data entry every month. I had hunted for a company that could get an automated solution for our problem for over a year with no luck. When we found LiveFlow, Clare on their team was able to set us up with a scalable solution within days, adding in extra layers of detail to ensure we had a high-level overview with easy options to drill down on P/L for each client and as a company as a whole.

I read all the reviews before I started this and to be honest, I have nothing to add that hasn't been said. The concept is brilliant, the execution is superb. The support, though, has been the main reason I continued exploring LiveFlow after asking a few questions via their website. I exchanged emails and had video calls with one of the founders who helped me see the value of this "extension". But he didn't "sell" me. He asked questions about my business and then demonstrated LiveFlow solutions - which at first didn't accomplish what I needed. I was really disappointed because I wanted this to work. He tried a couple of "fixes", but we couldn't get there, so I basically gave up. But Lasse took this on like a mission, and the next day emailed me with a solution. And the day after that we had another Zoom call and he included one of the engineers so he could my issues hear directly from me. I know they're "small" now and that this level of service can't scale, but knowing that the founders are paying attention to the users first - and are actually asking for problems so they can help solve them - those are people I want to work with. Wow, I sound like I'm on their marketing team. I'm not. I'm a Premium level subscriber because the value is there for me now. Any enhancements will simply make LiveFlow even more valuable to my firm and to my schedule. I just love stuff that works. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. Is that Google counter right? We LOVE LiveFlow. We are now taking on an unprecedented number of clients with all the new time we have! I'm in love with the fact that I can can make a report once, and then IT'S DONE FOREVER. Share it with the client, and I never have to think about it again. No more editing, no more copying and pasting data, no more exporting and emailing reports....AND YET, our clients are getting fresh, current, up-to-date, accurate, live data at any hour of the day...for the rest of time! And seriously, all I did was create a report. Once. I'm not sure life is supposed to be this easy. I feel like I'm cheating. The dreaded month end scramble to get all the reports out to some 70+ companies is no more! Because, well, I did it in January. Definitely recommend! Highest praise!

LiveFlow saves me (and my clients) SO much time. Many of my clients are builders with a variety of hybrid report needs. I'm able to quickly and easily create project dashboards, budget to actual comparisons for their projects and even create project profitability reports. Any time I've needed a little help being more efficient I've received EXPERT level feedback in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend LiveFlow!
