Lockbin adds secure document requests and encrypted file sending to Gmail, for offices that handle sensitive information: dental and medical practices, therapists and counselors, insurance agents, CPAs and law firms.

REQUEST DOCUMENTS
While you write an email, click the Lockbin icon, tick what you need (photo ID, insurance card, prior records, X-rays, signed forms) and click Add upload link. Lockbin adds a secure upload link to your email. Your client uploads from their phone or computer with no account and no app. Uploads arrive encrypted in your Lockbin inbox.

SEND FILES SECURELY
Click Send a file securely to open a Lockbin window, pick your files and send. Lockbin encrypts them and emails your recipient a secure link to open them.

YOUR FILES NEVER GO THROUGH GMAIL
Files and messages go straight from your browser to Lockbin. The add-on only handles the link. It can't read your Gmail messages or your Lockbin files.

WORKS WITH WORKSPACE AND PERSONAL GMAIL
The add-on works the same on Google Workspace and personal gmail.com accounts. A Workspace admin can install it for the whole office, and each person signs in with their own Lockbin login.

PRICING
Uses your Lockbin plan. The free plan includes 10 secure messages and one document request. Premium is $10 a month (Enterprise is $10 per user a month for offices) and includes a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on request for what you send through Lockbin.

GETTING STARTED
1. Install Lockbin from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
2. Open a new email and click the Lockbin icon at the bottom of the compose window.
3. Click Connect Lockbin and sign in to your Lockbin account, or create one free at lockbin.com.

Keep patient and client details out of the Gmail email itself; Lockbin's BAA covers what you send through Lockbin, not your Gmail account.
