With Luru, you can setup highly flexible workflows on top of your CRM that can send alerts, notifications and reports to you and your Sales team.  You can take CRM actions like viewing or updating records, searching and viewing records from within Google Chat without switching context. 

You will need to sign up for Luru at my.luru.app and connect Google Chat to get started.
