How to get started with Rebump Mail Merge?


- Set up a Google Sheet™ to manage your email contacts. In the first column, list the email addresses of your contacts. Add subsequent columns for personalization details, such as "FirstName", "LastName", and any other relevant information you wish to include.
- Draft an email in Gmail™ and save it without sending it, ensuring it remains in the 'Drafts' folder. To personalize the email, incorporate variables from your spreadsheet into the email text. These variables should match the column titles in your spreadsheet. For instance, use "Hi {FirstName}," to address the recipient by their first name.
- Open "Mail Merge & Auto Follow-up" from the 'Extensions' menu and receive a test email to validate your setup.
- Click 'Send Emails' to launch your campaign effortlessly.
