MailBridge helps you turn a message in Gmail™ into a Notion page or ClickUp task. Open a message, explicitly load it into MailBridge, choose a connected destination and review the content before capture.

Choose Where Your Work Goes
• Create a Notion page using the data source’s actual title field and supported property mappings.
• Create a ClickUp task with its title, status, priority and optional due date.
• Keep a link to the original email with the captured content.
• Use the browser capture desk for detailed mapping and capture status. Sign in with the same account used in the add-on.

Plans
Free includes one destination and 25 captures per calendar month. Pro is US$6/month or US$48/year for unlimited captures and the features above. Team is US$5/user/month for 3–100 users and shared linked-item history. Prices are in USD. Applicable tax, if any, is handled by Innova Apps through its existing process outside Stripe. Stripe Checkout does not automatically calculate tax; contact support for tax or invoice questions before purchase. Usage is counted when a capture is accepted for processing, even if a later write fails. A retry of the same saved capture does not count as a new capture. Free usage resets each UTC calendar month and does not roll over. Free is limited to the first destination used that month.

Setup and Limits
You need a Notion or ClickUp account and permission to use the destination. Connect the provider in MailBridge and refresh destinations. For Notion, share the original database with the connection. For ClickUp, authorize the intended workspace and list. Provider plan limits still apply.

Uploads are limited to 20 selected attachments, 4 MB per file and 20 MB total. Larger attachments are represented by their original email link. Cloud references keep their original access controls. Email bodies are limited to 24,000 characters with a visible notice when shortened. The capture ledger is not a full backup of your destination.

A confirmed rejected request can be retried. An unconfirmed remote write is held for review to avoid creating duplicates. Check the destination and contact support if a capture needs review.

Privacy
MailBridge reads the selected message only after you interact with it. It does not send email or request mailbox-wide access. Selected content is encrypted at rest in the EU and sent to the destination you choose. Source content becomes eligible for deletion after 30 days; hourly cleanup runs while the service is available, with active operations protected. Encrypted backups expire within 7 days. Minimal capture records and remote links remain until account deletion. Team plans share capture subjects, destination names and item links with team members. Team history does not include email bodies or files. MailBridge does not sell data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Read the privacy policy for retention and deletion details.
