Geocode addresses in Google Sheets™ without leaving your spreadsheet. MapRows converts a column of addresses to latitude and longitude, splits addresses into clean street, city, state and ZIP columns, reverse geocodes coordinates, calculates distances and drive times, and maps your rows.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Geocode addresses (address to latitude and longitude): pick one full-address column or several parts (street, city, state, ZIP). Get latitude, longitude and a clean formatted address.
• Split addresses into columns: house number, street, city, county, state, state code, ZIP/postcode, country and country code come back as separate columns, with match confidence and match type.
• Reverse geocode: turn latitude/longitude (two columns or one "lat, lng" column) into addresses.
• Distance between addresses: straight-line distance in miles or kilometers for any pair of addresses or coordinates. Pro adds driving, walking and cycling distance and travel time.
• Map your rows: insert a map image of your points on a new "MapRows map" sheet (up to 25 points on Free, 200 on Pro).
• Free formula: =MAPROWS_DISTANCE(lat1, lng1, lat2, lng2, "mi") calculates straight-line distance with no lookups and no limits.

BUILT FOR BIG, MESSY SHEETS
• Results go into new columns to the right of your data. MapRows never changes your existing columns.
• A status column marks every row: OK, LOW_CONFIDENCE, NO_MATCH, EMPTY_INPUT, INVALID_INPUT or ERROR, so you can filter what needs attention.
• Progress is saved as it goes. If you reach your daily allowance, the task pauses, and you resume from the next unfinished row after the daily reset (00:00 UTC). Finished rows are skipped, so you never pay twice for the same row.
• Run it on the whole sheet or only on selected rows. Optionally limit matches to one country for better accuracy.
• No API key needed to start. Pro users can add their own Geoapify key for more volume.

PLANS
• Free: 100 lookups per day (one lookup = one address or coordinate looked up), straight-line distances, maps up to 25 points. No card required.
• Pro: $9 per month or $59 per year, total price including taxes. It includes 2,500 lookups per day (fair use), driving/walking/cycling distance and time, maps up to 200 points, and the option to use your own Geoapify API key for unlimited volume on your own Geoapify plan.

YOUR DATA
• MapRows only reads the columns you choose, in the spreadsheet that is open.
• It sends the text of those cells (addresses or coordinates) to Geoapify, our geocoding provider, and writes the results back into your sheet. If you activate Pro, your license key and a random installation ID are sent to our license server at cellbrook.com to check your subscription.
• MapRows keeps no copy of your spreadsheet data, and our license server never receives cell contents.
• MapRows does not use your email address or profile, and never sends them anywhere.
