How it works
1. Scan the door. Point a camera at the room's QR sign, or click the room's link from an intranet page or inbox.
2. See it live. The room's real calendar loads instantly, so free slots are obvious and busy ones say so.
3. Book it. Pick a slot, add attendees, and everyone gets an email with a calendar invite attached.

Works with Google
Sign in with Google to book rooms with your own Google identity. Connect Google Calendar once from your account, and every booking you make appears on your own Google Calendar automatically — alongside the confirmation email and calendar invite every attendee receives.

Run the whole estate from one calendar
Admins get a single admin calendar to manage every room across every site: drag to create or reschedule a meeting, drag rooms to reorder them or move them between sites, and publish a branded room directory on your own domain. Set available hours and slot lengths per site, invite sub-admins, and revoke a leaver's access in one click.

The first meeting room is free, with no card required. Additional rooms are billed per room, by room size, each month.
