HOW IT WORKS
────────────────────────────────────────

MonitorWorkspace uses a service account with domain-wide delegation (DWD) — the same mechanism used by enterprise security tools. Installing from the Google Workspace Marketplace™ automatically grants the required API access. No passwords are stored. No admin credentials are requested. Access is scoped to read-only operations except for email transfers, which are admin-initiated and fully logged.

All data is processed in Google Cloud™ (Cloud Run™ + Cloud SQL™) and never shared with third parties. MonitorWorkspace complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

Security: CASA Tier 2 assessed (TAC Security, April 2026). SOC 2 Type 2 observation period in progress.

Pro — $1/user/month (annual). Unlimited users. 30-day audit, email transfer packs, chat export packs, email support.

Business — $3/user/month (annual). Everything in Pro plus unlimited transfers and exports, group cleanup automation, 90-day audit, priority support.

Enterprise — Custom pricing. SSO/SAML, 1-year audit retention, dedicated support with SLA, custom data retention.
