This add-on allows getting currency values referred to Chilean currency. This way users can obtain USD, Euro and UF on a specific date. MTools is current free to use. It is still in its early stages, hence, frequent updates will happen to this add-on. 

MTools currently use custom functions to for its add on. Meaning that you will have to type in the function you want to use in the cell for it to work.
