Multi Find & Replace has four functions:

(1) Find and replace MANY items at the SAME TIME. 
Lists of find and replace items are saved, so they are always ready when you need them.
A built-in editor enables you to create, edit, duplicate, or delete these lists.
The lists can also be exported or imported as required, so you can archive useful find/replace lists, or share them easily with others.

(2) Find and select TEXT FORMATTING.
Just select the formats to search for, OR read text formats from a selection in your document.
Text with chosen formats will then be selected in the document.

(3) Find, replace (or insert) 'hard' and 'soft' RETURNS.
The option to insert, rather than replace, enables you to insert returns before or after found text.
For example, you could insert a return after commas, or full stops (periods).

(4) Find and remove empty paragraphs.
This is to help tidy up documents with unwanted empty lines. For example, some documents copied from web pages can end up with every second line empty. This little feature fixes it immediately.
