 Functionality includes:  
* Linking emails to cases, contacts, or leads in your MyCase account. Replies to an email conversation will be linked to the same record(s) automatically.
* Firmwide access to linked emails in MyCase (*as permitted by user permissions).
* Capturing billable time for emails sent or received in Gmail™.
* Saving attachments to the documents section of a case.
