 Functionality includes:  
* Linking emails to cases, contacts, or leads in your MyCase account. Replies to an email conversation will be linked to the same record(s) automatically.
* Firmwide access to linked emails in MyCase (*as permitted by user permissions).
* Capturing billable time for emails sent or received in Gmail™.
* Saving attachments to the documents section of a case.

When it works, it is great. However, it keeps disconnecting and not showing up as an add-on in the sidebar menu. There should be an alternative option to connect the emails to MyCase like Clio does where you have a special email/web address for each matter. If you CC the address, it links the email to the case.

Does not work for me either. Very disappointing, as this integration was a very important feature that sold me on MyCase. I hope they fix it. Soon.

It would be useful if it worked. It's constantly asking for re-authorization & now can't seem to let me distinguish between my personal Gmail and work Gmail.

It's good to know that virtually everyone else trying to use this add-on is as frustrated as I am. Signed-up with MyCase to HELP me be more efficient, and can't even link my emails, I thought would be a big time-saver when billing. The more time I spend trying, the less efficient I am being.
