I have installed, uninstalled, installed, uninstalled and re-installed this app on MyCase multiple times. I will get it to work for a couple of weeks then it quits working. Tried calling tech support once but was told I needed to call back at a certain time so they could walk me through the issue to see what was wrong. In a busy office setting, calling back at a certain time so they could "walk me through" the issue and maybe fix it, does not work. Not sure where the breakdown is, but definitely not happy with the fact that I can't sync/link my emails to MyCase. Definitely not liking the update from the old original way of linking emails to MyCase.
