NexaSquared helps businesses manage their workforce in one clear platform. It brings together employee leave management, absence tracking, staff availability, shift visibility, timesheets, approvals, documents, staff communication and workforce records.

The Google Calendar™ integration allows companies to sync approved employee leave and staff unavailability from NexaSquared into Google Calendar™. When leave is approved, updated or cancelled in NexaSquared, the related Google Calendar™ event is created, updated or removed so teams can see availability alongside their normal working calendar.

NexaSquared remains the source of truth for leave requests, approvals, cancellations, balances, permissions, audit history and workforce records. Google Calendar™ is used as a display and visibility destination only. NexaSquared does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or Google Admin SDK data.
