Privacy assured - we do not ask for access to your Gmail account. We understand the importance of your data privacy. Instead emails are sent via a third party email address with a customisable sender name and reply-to email address.

Emails can be fully customised e.g. for CC, BCC, Reply-To and Email Subject. You can also include selected or all answers from the respondent via the '+ Add Field' button.

Setup is easy too - simply enable or disable notifications for admins and respondents separately via toggles, and fill up the form under each tab. Once you are done, save the configurations to activate them. To test, preview and fill up your form to check that your email notifications are configured correctly.

If you have a HTML email template, you can use it simply by copying and pasting the HTML into the editor in code mode. You can even include answers from the respondent.

This allows us to provide active support and continued development, and use a third party email service to protect your privacy.
