Listen up. My company started using OneUp about 4 months ago. I have used a LOT of ERP systems, in the past, some extremely costly, some not. This one is just the best. I high;y, highly recommend it. Oh and by the way, Customer Service is phenomenal (yes, even after sale).

For my company, the deal breakers were the uncustomizable invoices and CRM that doesn't integrate with email. When trying to build your brand it is imperative that customers view you as a complete entity. Generic invoices go further than presenting a neutral image, it presents a negative image that is unacceptable. Perhaps it is even the reason you did not use the third party solutions that the same poster suggested. The CRM does not give solutions to save emails and work directly with the Google contacts. As I have seen other potential users who do not wish that level of integration perhaps that should be optional, but at this point I would need two apps to complete what I desire and I can get accounting apps with customizable invoices. The basis for the 2 stars is that is is not, in my opinion an appropriate solution for any company wishing to present a professional image to their customers at this time. That said, I feel you have created an outstanding interface and hope it becomes a standard in UI fluidity. It is simplistic and complete at the same time. That is definitely 5 STARS! I also think the app does a great job of interacting with with its different modules, again at least a 4 Star rating for that. When you get functionality up to a professional standard I feel this will be an app that could easily contend.The interface alone should attract many who desire simplicity along with functionality...and several choices to achieve it.

I wish that this system was a more use-friendly, as it's the only truly free option out there right now (if you have more than 3 clients, anyway). On the front end, MyERP was difficult to learn how to use (and after almost 6 months, I still haven't learned how to use everything). If I make a mistake on an invoice, or someone cancels their appointment after I've already prepared the invoice, I can't delete it. It's difficult to keep track of things, and some of the options for selections are convoluted. A couple months ago I got so fed up with it that I abandoned it altogether (for tracking expenses, income, etc.) and instead just kept using it to keep track of my clients and print out invoices. Well, now I can't even print invoices, as they are just blank pdf's. If there was someone who would every repond in the forum, I might be able to get it working again, but in general, their response on the community board/forum is terrible. I don't recommend.

Perfect allround ERP for a small business! Love the logical flow of work, ease of exporting data for further analysis and the support team who seem to always find a solution. Been using it now for 3 years. totally happy

I really like this system - it is well supported and regular upgrades. Recent focus on gadety stuff (i.e. voice recognition commands) has not been that well received, particularly when there are a large number of critical bugs outstanding.

I have extensive experience in managing ERP. I tried for several months this application and it is interesting for small business. However they have many errors and is quite unstable. From 2-3 times per month there has been an important issue that has taken several days to be resolved. Some still remain to be resolved. There is an option for latinoameria

I admit I have not reviewed the application at all. I halted when I read the terms of use and privacy policy. It's in beta still - but my business cannot rely on a service which can cut off access and to your own data at will.
