OPEN THE FILES YOU ALREADY HAVE
Start with a file stored in Google Drive™: PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), plain text (.txt), or an image (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, or .tiff). Each file can be up to 20 MB. Combine up to 15 files into one fax, with a maximum of 50 pages including an optional cover page.

HOW IT WORKS
1. In Google Drive™, right-click one supported file and choose Open with > OneFaxNow.
2. Choose Standard fax or HIPAA fax with BAA, then authorize access to the selected file. For HIPAA faxing, accept the Business Associate Agreement before importing your document.
3. Add more supported files with Add from Google Drive or Upload from device. Enter the recipient's U.S. or Canadian fax number and your email address for delivery updates. You can also add a cover page.
4. Select Review details to review the prepared fax pages and recipient details. Check the price and complete payment at checkout.
5. Follow the fax's delivery status and receive email delivery confirmation.

PAY ONLY FOR THE FAX YOU SEND
Installation, file import, and review are free. Standard faxing costs $3.50 for 1–10 pages or $5.00 for 11–50 pages, plus applicable tax. Optional HIPAA faxing with a BAA and audit trail costs $6.50 for 1–10 pages or $10.00 for 11–50 pages, plus applicable tax. There is no subscription. A temporary card authorization may appear; the payment is captured only after successful delivery.

USING GOOGLE WORKSPACE DOCUMENTS
Native Google Docs™, Google Sheets™, and Google Slides™ files require PDF export first. Save the exported PDF to Google Drive™ to open it with OneFaxNow, or upload the PDF from your device. JSON files are not supported.

YOUR DRIVE FILES
OneFaxNow imports the files you select for fax preparation and sending. It does not create, modify, or save files or folders in your Google Drive™. Your original Drive files stay unchanged. Fax preparation, checkout, and delivery status take place on OneFaxNow.
