Overview
This is the student version of Teacher Rubric. Students are able to review their peer's work, make rubric selections and provide written feedback. The complete bundle of feedback is then presented to the student with a professional appearance.

The peer's review becomes a permanent record on the student's assignment. Once the teacher uses Teacher Rubric to make the final assessment, the peer's comments and rubric feedback are maintained. This allows the student to see their progression from early on until the end. In fact, the teacher can deepen the student's journey by doing a spot check, holistic review of the student's work. At the conclusion of the assignment, there would be record of three reviews: a peer's review, a teacher's holistic review and finally the teacher's final grade. This historical record can then be the starting point student reflections and teacher-student conversations on how to improve.

Glad to read that others are having the same problem. I am extremely disappointed that the teacher rubric is gone. Just taught a teacher inservice a few months ago instructing others to use this wonderful tool. What happened??!! Will it be back? So sad my instruction was potentially a waste. I hope it will come back, but I need software like this so desperately that I can’t wait long. Please tell us what happened and what will happen. Would love to change my rating back to 5 stars.

Totally awesome add-on for students and teachers. I use it for grading essays and it saves hours (if not days) of grading time. I wanted to use it for students to self-assess their latest essay, but the kids get this error message: "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In." It gets EVEN WORSE. I tried to grade essays today and the Teacher version is ALSO GONE. (please insert colorful expletives here) Come on Google! You already dumped CheckMark. Why do you keep dropping useful add-ons?

Before trying this with my class, I'd been able to use both the teacher and student rubrics with no glitches (testing it out before I asked the students to use it). When I used it with ~30 students, there were significant issues. The scoring and color-coding did not save for about a quarter of the students, and no one could get the "feedback" to save/display with the peer-review or self-review. Next time I'll just have the students fill in the rubric manually, because at least then it will save on the first try and have all of the information saved.
