🛠️ How to get Search Console™ data into Sheets™?

1) Install the GSC in Sheets™ Addon.

2) Open your spreadsheet and go to Extensions > GSC in Sheets™.

3) Grant permission for Search Console™ data linked to your Google™ account and open the side panel.

4) Select which website’s data you want.

5) Choose a predefined date range (last 7, 28, 30, 90, or 365 days, last month, or all time covering 16 months).

6) Select the search type (Web, Image, Video, News, Discover, or Google News™).

7) Decide if you want plain data or enable reporting mode for day-over-day, week-over-week, or month-over-month analysis.

8) Enable the heatmap option if you want color coding (light green for improvements, light red for declines).

9) Use the group-by option to organize dimensions (like query, page, etc.) for detailed data.

10) Select the row limit for your data.

11) Enable URL inspection integration if you want technical SEO insights (indexing status, last crawl date, canonical details, etc.).

12) Apply filters by page, query, country, device, or search appearance using operators like Contains, Equals, Does not contain, Does not equal, Matches regex, or Doesn’t match regex.
