Over Site brings your workspace's CRM into Gmail™. Open any email and the Over Site add-on instantly shows who the sender is — the matching contact and organisation — along with their related projects, tasks and support tickets, so you have full context without leaving your inbox.
  
From the message you can, in one click:
  • Add a task linked to the sender's organisation
  • Raise a support ticket from the email (subject, body an attachments included)
  • Add a new contact, with the organisation pre-filled from the sender's domain
  
The add-on homepage gives you a quick view of your own open tasks and tickets.

Over Site is a multi-tenant work platform (CRM, projects, sites, tickets, kanban and more). To use the add-on, sign in with your Over Site workspace and account when prompted — your data stays within your own workspace.
  
Privacy: the add-on reads the open message only to match the sender and, at your explicit action, to create a task or ticket. Over Site's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API
Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
