Fill an existing PDF form from sheet rows with PacketFill for Google Sheets™ without changing the source cells.

Read selected cells or explicitly use the current tab's used range, choosing whether the
first row contains headings.
Choose a local ordinary AcroForm PDF with named fields. Map Sheet columns to text and comb
fields, checkboxes, single-choice dropdowns or radio groups. Keep displayed values such as
leading-zero identifiers. Explicitly choose whether unmapped editable fields keep their
existing values or clear; read-only fields keep theirs.

Search field names instead of placing text coordinates. Check every record's typed values,
unique output filename, supported characters and text fit. Overlong text or an invalid choice
gives a record/field error before output, rather than silent clipping. Preview the actual
filled pages for each record, then download one flattened PDF per row together in one ZIP.

The output is static: interactive form fields, action buttons and blank signature widgets
are removed. PacketFill does not sign, submit, email or calculate forms, or run PDF scripts.
Check every completed document before using it.

LIMITS
Ordinary unencrypted AcroForms only: up to 5 MiB input, 20 pages, 1,000 terminal fields,
50 records per job and 50 MiB total PDF bytes per ZIP. The chosen font size must fit the
field; bundled font coverage includes Latin and Greek. Scans/flat PDFs, XFA, encrypted or
signed/certified documents, rotated pages/widgets, rich-text, multiselect and script-dependent
forms are unsupported.
Google service limits and the same technical limits apply to free and paid use.

THREE PDF OUTPUTS FREE, $9 ONCE
Mapping and preview are free. Three generated PDF outputs are free in total per Google
account, then $9 once unlocks generation within the supported limits. A 13-page PDF counts
as one output; a ZIP is only the package. No subscription or automatic renewal.
A batch exceeding the remaining free outputs requires selecting fewer records or unlocking;
no rows are silently omitted. The source supports up to 30 columns, 1,530 cells including headings
and 1.5 million text characters.

Generation counts after all PDFs and the ZIP are prepared and completion is recorded, not an
operating-system save. Repeated download or recognized retry of the same unchanged latest
job does not consume the allowance again. After reopening, reselect its PDF, source and options
to regenerate it. Retry history has no automatic expiry. Starting a different batch that passes
source/allowance checks replaces it before completion; no usage is taken until completion is
recorded. Forget retry history removes it without restoring free usage or removing the purchase.
The sidebar shows the Google account used for source access, free usage and billing; the
unlock belongs to that account.

LOCAL DOCUMENT PROCESSING
Sheet values come from Google's services; PDF filling, previews and ZIP preparation run in
your browser. No broad Google Drive™ permission, AI or outside PDF upload service is used. Stripe
handles the one-time payment and receives no spreadsheet or PDF content.
