I needed a contact sharing app to integrate with Google Workspace to allow colleagues to access my business contact's list. Patronum has fulfilled this need perfectly, and at a very competitive price. Their customer service has been outstanding right from the get go, and I would highly recommend anyone else needing contact sharing within Workspace to utilise Patronum for this need.

Contact syncing....Check Signature management...Check Great Price....Check Amazing Service....Hell Yeah They worked hard to make sure the service worked for us and I will always appreciate that. As far as I can tell they are the only service that provides Internal contact syncing (push and pull)

Patronum has been a game changer for us, the user interface and functionality is simple to use and navigate. , and it's functionality is super useful. The biggest improvement for us has been the global email signature, it's improved our onboarding experience for new members of the team, ensures consistency of signatures across the organisation and creates an additional marketing opportunity by using signatures to market our upcoming events or welcome feedback on how well our clients feel we meet our purpose and values. The support received is 2nd to none, always very responsive and supportive with new initiatives that need more understanding. They don't create something complex which means you are tied to them supporting you in each instance going forward, they are completely geared to creating something useable so you are able to run with it once it's up and running.

We were primarily interested in Patronum for their excellent integration with Google and the signature manager. This has made it so much easier for us to create a consistent look and feel for our google signatures. For the same price as most products that only manage signatures, this does so much more. From on and off boarding policies to managing users and seeing your companies org chart, this product is fantastic. If you have google workspace and are looking to manage users and to have the best Google signature manager out there, get this.

I love it! Certainly the best system on the market for managing email signatures, onboarding and access to Google Drives. The support team are responsive and are happy to assist with any questions you might have. Quick to setup and configure. You're going to love this platform and the time it's going to save.
