Patronum makes it easy to manage Google Workspace instances! I love being able to create onboarding and offboarding policies, as well as shared contacts, and signature management.

I love it! Certainly the best system on the market for managing email signatures, onboarding and access to Google Drives. The support team are responsive and are happy to assist with any questions you might have. Quick to setup and configure. You're going to love this platform and the time it's going to save.

Patronum has been a game changer for us, the user interface and functionality is simple to use and navigate. , and it's functionality is super useful. The biggest improvement for us has been the global email signature, it's improved our onboarding experience for new members of the team, ensures consistency of signatures across the organisation and creates an additional marketing opportunity by using signatures to market our upcoming events or welcome feedback on how well our clients feel we meet our purpose and values. The support received is 2nd to none, always very responsive and supportive with new initiatives that need more understanding. They don't create something complex which means you are tied to them supporting you in each instance going forward, they are completely geared to creating something useable so you are able to run with it once it's up and running.

Love Patronum, the user interface is a pleasure to use, and it's functionality is super useful. Being able to browser my users Google Drives and Shared Drives is fantastic. We also make maximum use of the onboarding features including email signatures, and creating Google Docs for new employees to complete upon their first day. Working with the team at Patronum is also a pleasure, they are extremely responsive and help us with even the smallest of questions. Having the chat directly in the interface makes that process really easy. We can't recommend them enough.

We've been looking for an email signature management tool for Google Workspace for ages, we tested and used many before we finally settle on Patronum. Working with the team at Patronum was quick and easy, especially with the built in chat features. Their support team took my initial email signature designs and created an extremely attractive, engaging and functional email signature for my entire business and also several promotional campaigns. 5 stars!!

As someone who does IT on/offboarding, I'm glad I found Patronum because it has helped us alleviate some of the pain points of rearranging Drive files and reassigning permissions based on groups and roles, as well as assigning email signatures to a group of people.

Patronum is an amazing tool for on and offboarding our G Suite users. The interface is beautiful and I love just how easy everything is from creating email signatures to managing Google Drive files. Patronum is the only tool we could find that allowed us to fully manage our Google Shared Drives. Having the Patronum Support Team available within the tool just made getting things set up so much easier.
