The add-on provides menu-based tools for setting up a KeyPay API connection, selecting a business, organising generated sheets, preparing employee update worksheets, reshaping client timesheet exports, generating payroll and accounting reports, creating redundancy worksheets, preparing Portable Long Service Leave outputs, and assessing SCHADS 5-week annual leave eligibility.
Users can create source sheets, map columns from client timesheet exports, review generated preview sheets, and work through supporting reports without leaving the Google Sheets interface. The add-on also creates clearly labelled output tabs for each workflow, helping users review results, diagnostics, logs, and follow-up actions in the same spreadsheet.
