PRICING AND PRIVACY

The add-on is free. MailMergic has a free plan (no credit card required) and paid plans for higher volumes at mailmergic.com/pricing. The add-on reads only the spreadsheet you have open, and writes to it only when you ask: data-issue notes, a status column, or result columns. Your sheet data is sent to MailMergic only when you click: choosing a template sends only the column headers, Preview selected row sends that one row, Generate documents and Upload a template send the rows you chose, and Deep check with AI sends a size-capped sample. Nothing is sent in the background. MailMergic is GDPR compliant and EU hosted; files are encrypted and auto-deleted after 7 days.
