PDF Tables and Invoices to Sheets helps you convert complex PDF files into spreadsheets in Google Sheets™. It is designed for tabular data, bank statements, financial reports, invoices, receipts, financial transactions, contracts, protocols, and purchase orders.

You can convert any PDF table to a spreadsheet in Google Sheets™ and export as CSV, TSV, or Excel (XLS/XLSX). You can extract the data from the PDF as plain text, a table, or transaction rows.

The add-on has an Invoice mode where it will extract invoice number, invoice amount with and without tax (gross amounts and amounts excluding VAT), item description, and allows you to specify whether or not you want invoice totals or line items. The tool also has a Purchase Order (PO) mode where it will extract relevant data from purchase orders. You can bulk upload subdirectories containing multiple bank statements, invoices, or purchase orders, to get a summary of all the important numbers in a folder of files. It even handles scanned documents. The add-on is designed to help you be compliant with accounting standards such as GAAP, where you may need to report full customer details, line items, and VAT.

For rental or employment contracts, terms can be pulled out in bulk.
