Free: every feature, up to 30 labels per run (one full sheet of Avery 5160), as often as you like. A longer list prints its first 30 labels on the free plan, and the preview shows exactly those. Test pages are always free. A paid plan removes the 30 label limit: $29 for 1 year, or $59 once ("Pay once", no renewals). Every plan reads up to 10,000 rows of a sheet at a time and makes up to 50,000 labels per run. Prices in US dollars; the price shown is the total you pay at checkout. No subscription, nothing renews, nothing to cancel. We never ask for reviews in exchange for anything.

Print addresses, return labels, jar and product labels, name badges and file folder labels from your Google Sheet:
1. Type the number on your label box (5160, 8160, 5163, L7160, L7163, Zweckform 3475 and 38 layouts in all, or enter a custom size).
2. Check the lines. We guess them from your column names, for example {City}, {State} {ZIP}. Empty lines, such as a missing Address 2, are left out.
3. Look at the live preview with your own data, then download a PDF. Print at Actual size.

What makes it different:
- Labels never grow. Long text is shrunk to fit, and the preview lists the rows that were shrunk or shortened before you print.
- The PDF uses the manufacturer's published sizes. If your printer is slightly off, print the test page once and set a small offset; it is remembered.
- ZIP codes print exactly as your sheet shows them, leading zeros included. Dates print the way your sheet shows them too.
- Print all rows, the rows you selected, or the rows your filter shows. Copies per row, a full sheet per row, or the same text on every label.
- Start on a partly used sheet by clicking the first empty label.
- Save a design by name (for example "Christmas cards") and open it next year in one click.
- Make any line bold, larger or capital letters once, and every label follows (for example a bigger name). Centre a single line if you like. Choose from twelve fonts, including three scripts and a handwriting font for invitations.
- One label per household: rows with the same address share one label and their names are joined. Or skip exact duplicates.
- Number your labels: {#} gives 1, 2, 3... and {#001} gives 001, 002...
- A QR code from any column (links, SKUs) or your logo beside the text, or a barcode under it (Code 128 for item codes and asset tags, EAN-13 or UPC-A for product numbers), in the PDF; one of the three per label. If a code would be too small to scan on your label, the preview tells you which rows.
- Envelopes too: print each address straight onto #10, #9, #6 3/4, A2, A6, A7, A9, DL, C6 or C5 envelopes, with your return address, and your logo if you like, in the top left corner (PDF).
- Names and addresses in most languages print correctly: 24 writing systems, including Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Greek and Cyrillic.
- The add-on is available in 29 languages (English and 28 translations).
- Narrow permissions: in Google Sheets it reads only the spreadsheet you have open, and creates only the files you ask for. Your list is not sent to our servers.
- Optional editable Google Doc copy when you want to change a single label by hand, and Save to Drive for the PDF.
- Also opens in Google Docs, where you paste your list or use the same text on every label.
- Works in Google Sheets and Google Docs on a computer (desktop browser); the mobile apps do not run add-ons.

Not supported yet: label rolls and thermal printers, other envelope sizes, barcode types other than Code 128, EAN-13 and UPC-A (such as UPC-E, ITF-14 or GS1-128), carrier postage labels, and the Google Sheets mobile apps.
