Absolutely broken on firefox and chrome, cannot identify that an email is open. Worthless piece of software, and any IT administration that uses it should search for other options. All plugins are disabled and there should be no reason why this doesn't work, unless the software itself is busted.

The KnowBe4 phishing widget is inconveniently located and is separate from the phishing alert button that already exists in gmail. I can't comment on the back-end of things, but on the front end / UX experience, it is a step down from a feature already built into the email client. The fact that most phishing emails (if not all) are from KnowBe4 to begin makes it even less palatable (again, from a UX perspective).

Attempting to report an e-mail doesn't work. In-page instructions on how to make it work are themselves not working.

Can: - Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail << That should be enough to NOT use it. - Run as a Gmail add-on - Send email on your behalf << LOL - See, edit, download, and permanently delete your contacts << Sure! Go ahead! - Connect to an external service - View your country, language, and timezone - See your primary Google Account email address - See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available What else? Do you want my CC and social security numbers also?

Very slow to open up the addon. Discourages reporting phishing emails. Hoxhunt is much snappier.
