Adding Pingster to our Google Sheets has automated so many projects and processes at our company. It's easy to learn and highly customizable. We can create alerts with simple or complex conditions, test them and then create customized emails to our employees or customers that include data from our sheets. We use it for project task tracking and follow-up, automating our entire paid time off requesting and approval process, and sending correspondence/statements to our customers when their contracts meet certain thresholds...just to name a few examples. It's really a game-changer, saving so much time and not letting things fall through the cracks. My favorite part is probably that we still get to use the power and customizability of Google Sheets, rather than having to buy all these other software tools to accomplish all these activities. Great tool!
