I have now used PipelineDeals in two different organizations and could hardly be happier. The interface is simple, but the features are very sophisticated and customizable. We have a unique industry in terms of sales cycle. So, many "canned" CRM products just don't work. But, Pipeline gives us the ability to adapt the system to our needs rather than forcing us to change how we do business to fit the application. I highly recommend it to anyone who is managing a sales force of one or one hundred. On top of it all the up front support in getting the system up and running is tremendous. Again, excellent system, very good support. Couldn't be happier.

I've really grown to rely upon the integration of PipelineDeals with the hub of our digital office, Google Apps. The stand along Pipeline Deals is great. It's a nice balance of features we need and simplicity and ease of use that is always improving.

I like the integration but have not fully gotten my mind around it? Does it automatically sync? How often? Why did it seem to erase some names from my contacts in Pipeline, they now just say "unknown." This makes me think my google contacts overwrote my Pipeline ones which is no good. A few bugs but will make my life easier. Especially once this all integrates onto the Android app (that still needs lots of work esp the search feature). Regardless, thanks for you proactive work. Your CRM is the best. Joe

I played with a lot of CRMs and this was the perfect fit for me. Simple to use but extremely flexible. Reasonable pricing as well. This app just keeps getting better and better!

I have been a PipelineDeals user for 1 year now and it keeps getting better. Simple, Fast, Easy to use are some of the words to describe this app. PipelineDeals is extremely accessible on my phone and iPad which allows me to make calls on the go. A few features I like - the ability to import contacts from LinkedIn and how my contact list will sync with MailChimp. It's the overall best option for anyone trying to increase productivity and sales in 2015. Nice work Pipeline, keep up the great work!

I've used many CRMs in my business development role (including SugarCRM, OnePageCRM and Highrise) and by far, PipelineDeals offers the best blend of functionality and usability. I wanted something that was intuitive to use but also powerful on the reporting/analytical end and Pipeline encompasses both of these characteristics. This CRM has been the perfect fit for a small but growing sales department.
