PipePanda shows your Pipedrive records next to your email. Open an email in Gmail™ and the side panel shows the sender's Pipedrive person, organization, open deals, leads, activities and notes. For an email you sent, it shows the first recipient. In English only for now.

It finds people by the email address already saved in your Pipedrive, so there is nothing to import.

WHAT IT CHANGES IN PIPEDRIVE
PipePanda never deletes anything in Pipedrive. It changes a record only when you click Save, Log, Won, Mark as lost or Done.

WHAT IT READS IN GMAIL™
To find the contact, PipePanda reads only the From and To addresses and names of the email you have open. When you click Log, it also reads the subject and date, and the email text only if you tick "Include the email text". It never reads your attachments or your other emails. HOW TO START
1. Click Install and allow the permissions Google lists.
2. Open any email in Gmail™ and click the PipePanda icon in the side panel on the right.
3. Click "Connect Pipedrive" and sign in on Pipedrive's own page. Click "Allow and Install".
4. Check which Pipedrive company and which Google account will be connected, then click "Confirm".

You never paste a key or a password into PipePanda. Each person on your team installs the add-on and connects their own Pipedrive user.

PRICING
- Free plan: the full card, Refresh and Settings, with no time limit.
- New users get 14 days of Pro. No card is needed. When the 14 days end, you keep the Free plan.
- Pro is billed per user, monthly or yearly. Team plans let one person pay for their team.
