Overview
PlanAMeeting finds a meeting time everyone can make — without you ever leaving the Calendar event you're already editing.
▎
▎ Add guests to an event the normal way, using Calendar's own "Add guests" panel. Then open PlanAMeeting from the same event. It reads the guest list you've already built, checks everyone's free/busy availability, and suggests time slots that actually work for the whole group — right in Calendar's side panel.
▎
▎ How it works
▎ 1. Add guests to your event as you normally would.
▎ 2. Open PlanAMeeting from that event.
▎ 3. Set a date range, meeting duration, work hours, and timezone.
▎ 4. Get a list of open slots that fit everyone's availability.
▎ 5. Copy a ready-to-send summary to paste into an email or chat message.
▎
▎ Built to be narrow, on purpose
▎ - The guest list always comes from the event's own invite — you can never type in participants manually, so the list can't drift out of sync with who's actually invited.
▎ - It only ever reads free/busy status. It never reads event titles, descriptions, attachments, or any other calendar content.
▎ - It never sends email, creates events, or modifies your calendar in any way. It only reads availability and produces text for you to copy.
