It doesn't function as required and produces errors all of the time. Auto generated reports duplicate a load of data. The support function is essentially useless as they never manage to fix any issues despite talking with them for weeks. If you can find an alternative solution I would definitely recommend that.

App is not refreshing for sheets and 1 social package is not enough to get all the pages and post metrics for linkedin. Solo package is not complete.

Bugs are around every where, data limitation when working with big numbers, do not expect time effective customer service. I am looking for other options. Agencies needs to be aware before moving business here
