The good news is the customer service is good. You can actually email and discuss things with the developers and they seem very eager to help. The bad news is as mentioned in other reviews you have no advanced warning that there are only 35 refreshes a month until you run out. The other thing is, I cannot figure out how to add a cryptocurrency once I have initially set it up. Today I bought a new cryptocurrency and I wanted to add it to my list. But I couldn't figure out how to do it. And apparently neither have the developers, lol, because I have emailed them with no reply on the subject other than, let us get back to you in the morning. And for some reason, they're big on screenshots, even in you have a simple problem, like not being able to add cryptocurrency to the list. So, I don't know if these guys are new to the developer career, or what. But I'm willing to hang in there a while longer to see what happens. I'm not ready to buy a monthly subscription however, until I get a better feeling for how this add-on really works.

Works fine, but it's a bait and switch. There is no mention of pricing until you "free trial" expires which is only 35 data refreshes. Be transparent up front, let folks decide for themselves.

It's ok, however, a bit misleading at no point does it say anything about plans until it stops working. Not even a warning or anything to say it was only 35 refreshes per month you get or even a countdown. It is purely because I looked at the reviews i found out.
