Hi I am using JST_Search function to fetch some ticket ID along with description on the basis of some filters. Then I am using JST_getTotalForSearchResult function to get the count of issues linked with the tickets which I got as a result from JST_Search. It was working fine but now its not. Every formula shows error with this description: Error: Suspension of custom functions for about 14 seconds because of to many errors! Please correct all your custom function calls in this document and wait before re-trying. (line 271). Can anyone help with this?

I've used this tool for several years and it has been a huge time saver. Support has been extremely responsive with a few bugs I've reported. They turned around one fix within a day of it being submitted.

This is the "BEST" tool to use if you need Jira data on your Google Sheets! Easy to setup and use. It simply works! The developer is devoted to this add-in. Very quick with bug fix! Thank you Jens R!

Awesome add-on. Does save me a lot of time for creating reports and overviews for upper management. Could not find anything similar for Jira integration.

i'm only able to extract 10000 row out of jira, even though i have more than 10000. did someone had the same problem ?

seems it works with atlassian domain and doesn't work with jira embedded into company domain when I'm trying to connect I'm getting 'Could not connect to Jira Server![500]'
