PromptCell adds AI-powered formulas to Google Sheets™ so spreadsheet teams can clean messy data, summarize rows, classify records, generate structured tables, and draft short text without leaving the sheet.

Use PromptCell when the work already lives in a spreadsheet and you need a result directly in the grid. After installing the add-on, open PromptCell from the Extensions menu, sign in once from the sidebar, and run a formula such as =ASK("Summarize this customer note in five words", A2).

PromptCell supports several spreadsheet-friendly workflows:

- Summarize notes, comments, tickets, leads, or research rows into concise outputs.
- Classify rows into categories, priorities, stages, or next actions.
- Standardize messy values while preserving the same row and column shape.
- Generate structured tables from selected source data.
- Look up a matching value from another range and write an answer from the aligned return data.

PromptCell only processes the prompt and spreadsheet values that you explicitly pass into a formula or sidebar workflow. Provider keys and billing logic stay on the hosted PromptCell backend instead of being stored in the spreadsheet.
