often duplicates the bibliography, but incompletely. only solution is to completely re-reference entire document or generate new bibliography manually

I keep getting errors when trying to cite within a Google Doc, stating "something bad happened". I've reinstalled the app but still keep getting these errors. It would be great if this is fixed as soon as possible as it would be an incredible asset to cite within Google Docs.

This is truly a useless add-on. I've been trying to update and add references to a paper I'm working on and just keep getting an error that "something real bad happened" and now none of my references exist, so I'll have waste time and add them again in MS Word. I don't understand how you could think this is a product ready for public use and then offer no support. It looks like this has been an issue since 2018 based on reviews, which is really sad. Scrap this and start over ProQuest. Everyone uses GoogleDocs and this product is a major flop.

Error keeps popping up when I want to cite. I can login into my refworks account, but that's about it. Frustrating.

This add-on does not work. I have tried several times to get it to connect with my student account and it will not.
