App script triggers are used to update SpreadSheet™. Since Google limits number of triggers per add-on one account could use, only 10 triggers can be used simultaneously. We let user controls number of active Forms inside addon. When number of forms is bigger than 10, user can delete which Form™ is unnecessary.
For scanning QR, we highly recommend using the Iphone™ Camera app if you have been using Iphone™ or Ipad™. For Android ™phone, we recommend using the Google lens™ app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.ar.lens&hl=en

Troubleshooting:
+ If you don't see the popup window when generating or printing QR, please check your browser. It seems that browser is blocking the popup window. We highly recommend to use the Chrome™.
+ If you see this warning "ScriptError: Authorization is required to perForm™ that action", please follow this link https://www.2hac.com/faq/authorization-is-required-to-perform-that-action/ to fix this issue
+ If you only see help menu after installing, please refresh the Form™ file and you will see the add on's menu
