QRFLOW for Google Sheets™ makes a dynamic QR code for every row of your spreadsheet. Most QR add-ons draw a picture of a link. Print it, and that link is fixed for good. QRFLOW codes are short links you control, so you can change where a code goes after it is on a poster, a badge or a box, and see how many times it was scanned. What you need A QRFLOW.codes account on the Premium plan ($4 a month). Generating codes from a sheet is a Premium feature. You can install the add-on and connect a free account, and the sidebar shows your plan, but Generate codes asks you to upgrade before it makes any codes. Upgrade at qrflow.codes/pricing. How it works 1. Put web addresses in a column of your sheet, one per row. 2. Open the Extensions menu, choose QRFLOW for Google Sheets™ > Open QRFLOW, and pick that column. 3. Click Generate codes. Each row gets its QR code inside the cell, its short link and a scan count. Changed a ticket page or moved a product? Edit the address in the sheet and click Update changed destinations. Every code already printed now goes to the new address. Click Refresh scan counts to see what got scanned. Good for - Event tickets and check-in - Asset and inventory tags - Name badges - Mail merge and printed letters - Product labels and packaging Your codes live in your QRFLOW account, so you can also pause, rename or re-point them from the QRFLOW dashboard. Privacy The add-on works only in the spreadsheet it is opened in. It sends the addresses and names you choose to QRFLOW to make your codes, and nothing else.
