📝🎟️📷 QR Code Ticket Per Response For Event Attendance
✨ New: now with 💬 WhatsApp & Google Wallet support!

This add-on generates a QR code for each form response (attendee, item, location, etc.), and helps you scan the codes later to record attendance or use.

=== What matters in attendance tracking? ===

People start showing up at your event:

→ You need to check registration, and record reliable attendance data.
→ You want it done quickly and securely, with minimal friction.
→ You need easy access to check-in data in Google Sheets

=== What is everyone else doing? ===

Asking your guests to scan a QR code to check-in is not cool:

→ Guests will struggle to scan from afar, or slowly in a line.
→ Some will have internet issues.
→ The data you get will be unreliable.

=== What do I actually need? How to record attendance using QR code tickets in Google Forms, the smart way? ===

→ You need to take control of check-ins, making it secure, fast, and reliable.
→ You need to send individual, secure QR code tickets to guests, and scan them at the event.

=== What is this add-on? ===

This addon generates a unique e-ticket for each guest that registers through your form, with a secure (because unguessable) QR code, as a PDF.

It gives you access to a mobile (smartphone) scanner that can be used to record check-in data.

=== What makes this add-on special? ===

It includes a QR code generator that provides unique, secure access cards for your attendees. At the event:

→ Scanning QR codes in batch is fast and reliable, and works offline.
→ You hear a nice "bip" after each scan. Just like at the supermarket.
→ The names of attendees are displayed during check-in.
→ The QR code doesn't directly contain attendee data, so it remains easy to scan
→ You can see *all* details of an attendee simply by looking them up with a QR scan

After the event, export your data (attendees not yet checked in, already checked in, etc.) to Excel for further analysis.
You also have live access to check-in data inside Google Sheets.

In advanced mode, add your whole staff (and get reports by staff), customize the pass, add custom fields and define validation rules, give restricted data access to third parties, add alerts, support NFC cards and wristbands, send tickets by SMS, Whatsapp, or Telegram, etc.

=== Who can use this and when? ===

Some example use cases:

→ Your institution, non-profit or company is hosting a conference (with multiple sessions, etc.), fair, meetup, gala, nightclub concert, etc. You need to check the e-tickets / passes / access cards for one or multiple conferences / fairs / meetups / galas / concerts.
→ You received RSVPs for your marriage, birthday party, private sale, etc. and need to send a stylish venue access code for each RSVP.
→ You want each visitor / contractor / staff at your company office or facilities to register in advance, and check-in / check-out with QR scans to replace sign-in sheets. You can export reports with all visitors / contractors per day, etc.
→ You are a teacher and need to record class / lab attendees. Teachers can filter the data by day, subject, etc. for all classes / labs.
→ You are a factory floor manager and need to record inspections or tools check-in / check-out. Select "multiple check-ins and check-outs", add a new response per tool.
→ You need to record clock-in / clock-out times for employees, and generate reports per day, employee, etc. Select "multiple check-ins and check-outs", add a new response per employee.
→ You want to give vouchers, coupons, promotions, etc. that can be redeemed only once in the shop. Just select "single check-in" as check-in type and record a new response to create a new voucher / coupon / promotion.
→ You are running auditions or job / internship interviews, and need to record HR evaluations for each audition.
→ The sky's the limit, contact us with your unique use case!

=== Why should I believe you? ===

This extension is based on the Trak platform, which powers demanding data collection efforts for national post offices (parcel tracking) and major banks (asset tracking).

=== How much does it cost? ===

→ You can generate as many QR cards as form responses, for free.
→ You can check-in 20 guests for free (but the add-on is used for events as large as 4000+ attendees).
→ Your credits balance is displayed inside the add-on, with payment options and a cost simulator.
→ Check this page for pricing information: https://blog.darkaa.com/qr-code-ticket-add-ons-pricing/
