Overview
Quick Gantt by SheetKitty is a FREE add-on for Google Sheets™ that lets users quickly turn a simple task table into a visual Gantt chart timeline directly inside their spreadsheet. A Gantt chart shows project tasks as bars across dates so users can easily see schedules, durations, and progress.

The add-on automatically generates and updates the chart based on task start and end dates in the sheet. It also allows users to change colors and highlight tasks based on their selection, making it easier to visualize different phases, priorities, or task groups.

-Users can choose between 3 timelines - Yearly / Monthly / Weekly
-Users can also see Resource sheets seeing times when resources are overloaded or underloaded,
-Users can also see delayed activities based on plan dates and cut off date
- Users can also see look ahead (2wk or 4wk) which is handy for circulation
