QuickBooks Online can't import invoices from a spreadsheet, and its CSV import fails on the first bad row. QuickBooks Bulk Importer fixes that: it validates every row of your Google Sheet™ against your live QuickBooks company first, then bulk-pushes only the clean rows into QuickBooks Online.

WHAT IT DOES
• Generates template sheets for invoices, bills, and customers, with dropdowns pulled live from your own chart of accounts, terms, customers, vendors, and products/services.
• Validates every row before anything is written: account codes, terms, dates, amounts, and contact matches. Errors appear as cell notes on the exact offending cells — not as surprises in QuickBooks.
• Bulk-creates or updates records, building multi-line invoices and bills from consecutive rows.
• SyncToken concurrency safety: if a record changed in QuickBooks since your last sync, the update is blocked and you're asked to refresh — nothing is ever silently overwritten.
• Writes results back to the workbook: QuickBooks deep links, assigned document numbers, and an append-only activity log for audit evidence.

HOW IT WORKS
Connect to your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official OAuth flow — no passwords, no API keys to paste. Your OAuth tokens are stored privately in your Google™ account's add-on storage, never written into the spreadsheet and never visible to people you share the sheet with. Your data flows directly between your spreadsheet and your QuickBooks company: we operate no servers and never receive your financial data.
