Very clearly has fake reviews that are boosting the rating. Each one is a full paragraph and glowing. The top 4-5 are suspiciously spaced about a week apart... The very first thing I tried to do, adding a contact from an email, failed. It said I needed to enter a name and email address -- both were entered automatically, then manually to verify, but the error persisted. Their website has typos, and I respectfully pointed this out asking for a salesperson to call and explain the features to a potential business subscriber. Haven't heard a thing.
