Create a new assignment or edit an existing one. To edit an existing assignment click the three dots icon next to the assignment and choose "Edit". Locate the "Add-ons" block under the list of assignment attachments. Choose "Quilgo Forms & Proctoring". Log in to the add-on by providing permission to access your classroom. Once logged in, click "Create new quiz". Choose "Build a new quiz". Provide a name for your quiz, for example, "Chemistry exam". Choose a type for a new question, for example, "Checkboxes". Type the question, for example, "Which elements are not metals?". Provide several answer options, for example, "Platinum", "Helium", "Carbon" and "Copper". Click on the boxes next to "Helium" and "Carbon" to mark them as the correct answers. By default, 10 points are assigned for a fully correct answer. You can set any number from 0.1 to 999. Let's leave it 10 for now. Click on "Partial score" and set it to 3. A partial score is assigned if, let's say, only "Carbon" is chosen as an answer. Click on "Negative score" and set it to -4. A negative score is assigned if an answer is provided but is incorrect, this discourages guessing. You can add new questions, organize them into sections, enable shuffling and randomize questions per each section. To randomize questions per student, create multiple questions, 10 for example, click on the section and click the "puzzle" icon. Choose the number of questions to randomize, 5 for example. You can also attach descriptions, images and audio. Click "Save changes" and then "Close". ► ATTACH THE QUIZ TO YOUR ASSIGNMENT Once you close the quiz builder a new window will open. This window contains the settings of your exam. Choose the start time for your quiz. You can set a specific date or leave the start time open. Choose the duration. You can set any duration from 1 minute to 24 hours. Choose the deadline. You can choose a specific date or keep the end time open. Finally, choose the additional features. You can enable camera and screen proctoring and decide if to allow overtime. If you do not allow overtime, the exam will be automatically closed by the timer. You can also enable automatic response submission which guarantees every response is submitted by the end of the exam. You can also decide if to show the score after submission or not. Click "Save settings". ► ATTACH YOUR QUIZ Click "Attach to assignment" to attach the quiz. You can create and attach as many quizzes as you like. You can attach a quiz only once, however, you can duplicate a quiz and attach the copies to other assignments. Close the window to return to your assignment. You can now send your assignment to your students as you always do. ► VIEW RESULTS & REPORTS Once your students take your quiz you can open your quiz attachment from your assignment page. Click "Edit" for your assignment and click the tile with the Quilgo logo and your quiz title. To see all responses click "Responses". You can also download all the responses in the Excel format. To see the aggregated quiz report, click "Report". You will see the score distribution diagram and the most missed questions. This will help you to notice the knowledge gaps. To see individual reports navigate to your assignment (view, not edit), and choose any student's submission. You will see the list of their attempts with their scores. Click "Report" to see their submission and proctoring results. You can also save this report in the PDF format. ► FREE TRIAL AND PRICING We offer the first 50 test attempts as a free trial.
