Dynamic Form Battery: Fully customizable. Define the exact forms you use in the Settings menu (e.g., "BASC"), and the sheet generates the necessary tracking columns for you.

Professional, Editable Templates: Set your standard "Initial Request" and "Reminder" email templates once. You can still customize the Subject, Body, To, and CC fields for every single email before hitting send.

Audit Trail: The system logs every email sent to the respondent, creating a record of your attempts to collect data.

Secure & Private: Your data stays in your Google Sheet™. We do not store student data on external servers.

HOW IT WORKS:

Setup: Run the automated setup to create a professional, protected tracking sheet.

Customize: Add your specific rating scales in the sidebar settings.

Assign: Enter your client details and paste the unique rating scale links into the sheet.

Send: Click "Review & Send." The add-on compiles the unreceived links into a clean, professional email.

Track: When a form is completed, simply check the "Rx" (Received) box. That form will automatically be removed from future reminder emails.

Local Execution: The code runs entirely within your Google Workspace™ environment.
