What a pleasant surprise to find Reamaze when I was looking for a CRM that understands how our market connects to us via Facebook. And what a great open and friendly attitude I get with everyone I talk to. I am rarely impressed these days, but Reamaze is a winner and the guys that build and support it are software rockstars.

Rare to find such an easy to use and intuitive app like this. Stripped away of all non essential things and dumbed down to the essence of communicating with people. Reamaze is one of those tools that makes you feel at ease... No ticket numbers (who uses them??) No customer logins No robotic commands No no and no. Reamaze is defined by less is more. And you get so much more from Reamaze.

Awesome little app. We found Reamaze through a family friend's recommendation and have been "stuck" with it ever since. We use it as a shared inbox for our office and assign things to different people as needed. We've been anxiously waiting for their new JS tool so we can be even more integrated. Their team is attentive and responsive, a must-have for any business that wishes to survive. We love the simplicity of the design where there's no clutter and nothing to bog you down. Keep it up!

Great helpdesk and customer support app. It allows me to do what's most important - engaging in conversations with my customers - without being too complicated and heavy on features that I don't really use at all. Best part of all, my customers don't see a 'Reply above this line' in every customer support that I send out, which gets very irritating. I tried other customer support apps (anything that ends with 'desk') and nothing compares to the boutique feel of Reamaze. Now my customers love my business, and I've never enjoyed talking with my customers more.

As the community manager for our nonprofit, we use Reamaze everyday for knowledgebases and forums. The KB is great for internal and external. We show a variety of dance content through there. Reamaze also offers the ability to embed the KB on our website! The forum is in beta but is a great start to a great tool. We can engage with students and interested people through there as normal people. Not "AGENTS". It's relaxing to know that this tool offers everything we need to run our business. Like they say in their motto: "designed from the ground up for small businesses and growing startups." Definitely a win!

This is great program for customer support. We like it because we can easily use program here in Finland. It does not offer multilanguage support but all customers speak English so it is ok. Very clean interface and we trust all Silicon Valley startups. Nice people.
