If the receipt is in the body of the email rather than attached, Receipt Organizer saves the email itself as a PDF. That's the whole email to PDF step, done in one click, and the file goes straight from Gmail™ to Google Drive™ with a real name on it instead of "document.pdf".

- Attachments: invoices and PDFs save directly, cleanly renamed
- No attachment? Square, PayPal, and most payment platforms put the receipt in the email body. One click saves the email itself as a PDF.
- Pasted photos: receipt photos pasted into an email are detected and savable too
- Payment platforms: for Square, PayPal, Venmo, Stripe and others, Receipt Organizer detects your client's name or the payment amount, so fifty Square notifications don't all end up named "Square"

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Receipt Organizer can only see the single email you have open, and only while you're using it. It cannot read, search, or scan your inbox. In Drive, it can only see the receipt files it created; the rest of your Drive is invisible to it. Your data never leaves your Google account: no external servers and no data collection.
