We do this by applying intelligence to the communications that occur between any member of your team and a prospect. For example, when someone at your company begins communicating with email@example.com using Gmail, we'll check to see if that's the first communication with someone at bigco.com. If it is, we can create an Lead or Contact within Salesforce automatically. If that conversation leads to a Google Calendar meeting, we can create a Salesforce Opportunity and move it to Stage 1. If time passes with no communication and this Opportunity becomes "stale", we can message the right person on your team via Slack and allow them to update the Opportunity.
