Regystrum is a user-friendly document management application highly integrated with Gmail and Google Workspace. 

Its functions range in 3 main areas:

***REGISTRY (Identification, Classification & Numbering)
Regystrum allows you to log and identify files, or entire collections of files, by:

-a unique, progressive number automatically assigned (for pdf and png files, the registration number can also be printed inside)
-title, description and the keywords there included
-the option of creating a fully custom classification or taxonomy.

And, with the new add-on "Regystrum for Gmail" (to install separately after installing Regystrum: you can log and store files without leaving you Gmail inbox.

Regystrum enables selected users to store files in a centrally managed, unique Google Drive account (selected by the administrator), which acts as an archive. Then it permits to retrieve them by number, date, content, classification, associated metadata and keywords, using the powerful Google search algorithm. The entire document roster can also be exported in CSV format.

Regystrum takes care of the entire process of distribution of files and documents to their proper addressees, that is departments, offices, single users or any other entity within the organization. That is done by using the same organization and hierarchy created in Google Apps (users, groups), always updated. Notifications to the addressees are also supported by email (Gmail) and Calendar. Specific tasks can be associated to a file or document, and then notified to the respective owners, added to their Calendar and then monitored by their status (pending, taken in charge, done), so as to manage a complete workflow.

Regystrum has other important features:

-Log file: Every  single operation performed with Regystrum is recorded in detail, and you can have the whole tracking record by selected period of times as well as single files (history). A log file can be exported in txt format.

-Export capabilities: a complete roster with all the metadata (i.e. the full classification details) can be exported for the desired time range in csv format.

-Ordered Google Drive storage: the collections created on the selected Drive have the following structure:

-Generation of receipts for third parties: By using the “print” function you can give third parties a receipt/evidence of a certain file existence or delivery. The tracking record for each file or collection of files stays forever,showing any changes in the files’ management.

-Quick learning: Every action in Regystrum respects the same G Suite 
 interaction approach, thus minimizing any learning needs.

-Advanced setting of roles and privileges: all the G Suite users in your domain can be enabled to access Regystrum, and their roles and privileges can be set in a granular manner and differentiated with respect to the groups they belong to (standard user, task owner, register, administrator etc.).
