Keep your app's customer feedback visible where your team works. ReviewBot monitors App Store and Google Play™ reviews and delivers matching review alerts to a Google Chat™ space or a direct conversation with ReviewBot.

Create a Flow in ReviewBot to choose your app, store, destination, and review filters. Alerts include the review text, star rating, author, locale, available app version, and a link to view the review. Updated reviews are labeled so your team can see when feedback changes.

GET STARTED
1. Install ReviewBot and add it to the Google Chat™ space that should receive reviews, or open a direct message with ReviewBot.
2. Send connect to ReviewBot. In a space, mention @ReviewBot.
3. Sign in to ReviewBot or create an account. Choose Google Chat™ as your Flow destination and enter the private, one-time connection code.
4. Select the app to monitor, set your filters, and turn on your Flow. Confirm the setup message arrives in Google Chat™.

Send help to ReviewBot whenever you need setup instructions. Manage your sources, filters, and billing in the ReviewBot dashboard. Pause a Flow or remove ReviewBot from the conversation to stop delivery. Removing ReviewBot from Google Chat™ does not cancel your ReviewBot subscription.

A ReviewBot account is required. ReviewBot offers a free trial followed by paid plans; see the current pricing page for charges and optional features. Your Google Workspace™ administrator may need to allow the app.

This integration delivers app review alerts. It does not provide a Google Sheets™ add-on, access Gmail™ or Google Drive™, or post replies to app stores from Google Chat™.
