Features of the RICOH Spaces Google Calendar™ Addon and what user data is used inside the addon. Users must have RICOH Spaces account using the same email as the one in their Google Workspace™ account.
1. User accepts the consent screen.
2. User chooses a region. Upon choosing it the addon uses the Google Workspace™ Access token and from it verifies that the user has access to RICOH Spaces and issues a token/refresh token for the RICOH Spaces backend. This happens without any user interaction other than choosing the region.
3. Those new tokens are used to fetch information for the app to work - rooms, locations, floors, and room availabilities.
4. The user can add the room to his current opened event if any.
