Rilix add-on helps operators automate the process of manually ingesting unstructured information into a structured form in a system of record. For instance, ingesting orders from their emails into a Warehouse Management System. Rilix parses incoming email bodies and attachments from customers, extracts the relevant structured information, and programmatically sends the extracted information to a system of record (e.g. a Warehouse Management System) via an API call if enabled. The user can edit the extracted field information if it’s incorrect prior to submission.
